Orders are subject to a 100% cancellation fee. A prorated cancellation fee will be charged for canceled orders depending on fabrication status at the time of cancellation. There are occasions, however, when the freight carriers experience delays and make shipment errors. We regret when this happens, but we cannot be held responsible for delays by these carriers. Should the shipment be lost or unduly delayed, we will remake your PCBs order, re-ship it, and handle the problem directly with the airline.
Who will be responsible for the customs duty that may be levied in my country? We manufacture PCBs in its facilities in Shenzhen, China. Customs policies vary from country to country: some will charge duties, and some will waive them. It is, however, the responsibility of the customer to comply with any import duty.
