We assemble BGAs down to 0.2 mm pad pitch, QFPs down to 0.15 mm/0.25 mm, and maintain ±30 μm placement accuracy across all high-speed SMT lines. We assemble fine-pitch QFPs down to 0.15 mm/0.25 mm and BGAs with pad sizes of 0.2 mm.
