Our PCB Contract Manufacturing
Capabilities

As a full-service PCB assembly contract manufacturer, we support high-speed SMT, manual and automated through-hole, and mixed-technology builds for single, double-sided, and multilayer printed circuit boards.

Each assembly line is calibrated for high accuracy, fast throughput, and traceable electronic manufacturing service workflows across prototype and production builds.

Our SMT lines place up to 60,000 components per hour with ±30 μm accuracy, supporting 01005 packages and fine-pitch ICs.

We offer dual-side reflow, wave soldering, and selective soldering for mixed-technology PCBs. All SMT and through-hole builds meet IPC-A-610 Class 2/3 criteria.

According to EMS industry benchmarks, SMT systems operating at ±30 μm placement accuracy place WellPCB among the top tier of Class 3-capable contract manufacturers.

We assemble fine-pitch QFPs down to 0.15 mm/0.25 mm and BGAs with pad sizes of 0.2 mm.

All BGA solder joints are verified using automated X-ray inspection. Our capabilities extend to CSP, LGA, and flip-chip components for advanced printed circuit board assemblies.

We handle full supply chain management through authorized channels like Mouser, Digi-Key, Arrow, and Avnet.

For each BOM, we provide alternate matching, lifecycle status, and batch traceability to avoid obsolescence or sourcing risk. Component kits are prepared and labeled for each job lot.

We offer in-circuit test (ICT), functional circuit test (FCT), flying probe, and custom jigs to validate assembled boards.

Our PCBA stations support in-flow firmware upload, bootloader flashing, and serial provisioning for microcontrollers, FPGAs, and embedded SoCs.

Our electromechanical assembly services integrate PCBAs into enclosures with wire harnesses, fasteners, EMI shielding, and overlays.

Options include automated labeling, serialization, final test, and drop shipment packaging. Full mechanical assembly is available for rack-mounted or handheld systems.

We apply acrylic, urethane, and silicone conformal coatings to protect boards from humidity, salt spray, and dust.

We also support potting and underfill for vibration-sensitive electronic components used in automotive and aerospace environments.

We support builds ranging from single-unit PCB prototypes to 10,000+ piece batches.

Lead times range from 24 to 72 hours for standard prototype runs to 7 to 25 days for complex printed circuit board assembly services. NPI and production workflows are both supported in-house.

For early-stage testing, we also support CNC-based PCB milling to produce prototypes without wet processes or panelization delays.

All production follows ISO 9001, RoHS, IPC-A-610, and J-STD-001 standards.

Traceable batch records, inspection logs, and serialized tracking support medical, automotive, and aerospace quality systems. Conflict mineral reporting and ITAR compliance available by request.

Their work is very impressively perfect. Today, when they check our company PCB board after assemble. They found a fake short point which many engineers has never found in the past years. But that is just designed so. The PCB board quality is excellent. Their service is also excellent.
