Our PCB Component Assembly
Services and Capabilities

We offer single and double-sided SMT assembly, mixed assembly combining surface mount and through-hole components, and cable component assembly
support for integrated electronic systems. SMT, through-hole, and mixed assembly methods support two-sided PCB designs and components mounted on circuit boards that require different assembly techniques for large components and small components.

SMT supports higher component density and faster automated assembly. THT provides stronger mechanical connections for components exposed to vibration or mechanical stress.

Our PCBs can range from 50mm × 50mm to 610mm × 508mm, with PCB thickness options between 0.5mm and 4.5mm. This flexibility supports varied spacing, component density, and mechanical requirements across multiple applications.

Our pick-and-place machine systems operate at up to 60,000 components per hour with placement accuracy of less than ±30µm, supporting fine pitch assembly down to 0.15mm for QFPs and 0.2mm for BGA packages. This tight accuracy reduces the risk of misaligned components, improving circuit reliability and minimizing rework costs.

We provide turnkey sourcing from authorized distributors (Arrow, Avnet, Mouser, Digi-Key, Element14) or accept consigned PCB parts supplied by customers. This ensures the use of approved, high-quality electronic components and reduces lead time throughout the assembly process.

Our PCBA services support BGA, POP, CGA, QFN, DFN, and CSP packages. Components are mounted onto the surface or through-hole areas of the PCB using precise assembly techniques validated through the entire PCB assembly process. These package types are selected based on application needs, balancing size, heat dissipation, and electrical performance.

We offer a variety of surface finishes, including ENIG, HASL, OSP, immersion silver, and immersion tin. These finishes provide excellent solderability, corrosion resistance, and compatibility with both leaded and lead-free assembly processes.

We accept Gerber files, BOMs, and PCB design documents. Our engineering team reviews design and assembly requirements, offers DFM feedback, and customizes PCB component assembly based on the required components and electronic circuit design.

Our assembly process begins with prototype runs and scales to full production, accommodating low to high-volume PCBs with consistent quality and fast turnaround.

Their work is very impressively perfect. Today, when they check our company PCB board after assemble. They found a fake short point which many engineers has never found in the past years. But that is just designed so. The PCB board quality is excellent. Their service is also excellent.

PCB Component Assembly | FAQs

We accept industry-standard Gerber files, BOMs, and PCB design documents, including Altium Designer, Eagle, and KiCad formats.

We support fine pitch placement down to 0.15mm for QFPs and 0.2mm for BGAs, with a pick-and-place machine accuracy of less than ±30µm. This enables precise placement and soldering process control for high-density PCB designs and advanced integrated circuits, reducing placement errors and improving product reliability.

Moisture-sensitive devices (MSDs) are stored in humidity-controlled dry cabinets before assembly. During the board assembly process, components are tracked using MSL ratings and, if needed, baked at controlled temperatures to remove absorbed moisture before the reflow process. This prevents soldering defects such as popcorning and delamination.

Yes. Conformal coating can be applied to bare PCB boards before assembly in cases where specific coating is required or after assembly using masking to protect components and connectors. Our process involves verifying the compatibility of coating materials with the solder mask and ensuring that critical areas remain accessible for testing and inspection.

We prevent common defects such as tombstoning, where small components lift during soldering, bridging caused by excess solder connecting adjacent pads, and cold solder joints that result from insufficient heat during the reflow process. Our inspection and testing processes are designed to detect and correct these issues early, improving yield and final product reliability.

We recommend clear component spacing, consistent pad sizes, and thermal relief for heat-sensitive areas to improve assembly success. Our engineering team offers DFM reviews to identify potential challenges in the design stage, helping to avoid common issues like poor solder joint formation or component misalignment during assembly.

The PCB assembly process starts with applying solder paste to the bare board using a precision stencil. Components are then placed by high-speed pick-and-place machines. The board moves through reflow soldering, where controlled heating permanently attaches the components. After soldering, automated inspections (SPI, AOI, and X-ray) verify component placement, solder quality, and detect any defects. Finally, electrical and reliability testing confirm functionality before delivery.
